LINO LAKES — After 30 years of carefully choosing the right home for the German shepherds she breeds, Lino Lakes resident Sharon Todoroff will soon be in a position to oversee the care administered by area veterinarians to dogs and other animals.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty appointed Todoroff to a four-year term on the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine, which is the state licensing agency for veterinarians, on April 2.
